Lakewood Center is located in the heart of the city of Lakewood at the intersection of Del Amo and Lakewood Boulevards. JCPenney, Macy’s, Mervyn’s, Robinsons-May and TARGET anchor Lakewood Center. TARGET opened on October 12, 2003. An expansion in 2000-2001 brought about over 300,000 square feet of new stores, a food court and a Macy’s and Mervyn’s store. In addition to the enclosed mall, there are numerous destination big box retailers, restaurants, and two Pacific Movie Theatres. In total, Lakewood Center contains approximately 2.1 million square feet of retail space featuring over 270 stores and more than 30 restaurants.

Atlantic Terminal Mall is a shopping mall located on Atlantic Avenue surrounded by Hanson Place, Fort Greene Place and Flatbush Avenue in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn, New York.
It is also across the street from the older Atlantic Center Mall (via a small enclosed bridge from Target) which was developed by the same real estate company, Forest City Enterprises. It is also an office building and part of the ticket office of the Long Island Rail Road's Atlantic Terminal, which has been been under the process of renovation since the mall was built. Hamilton Place is an enclosed, two-story shopping mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was the largest shopping mall in the state of Tennessee when it opened in 1987. The original anchors were Belk, Hess's, Parisian, Proffitt's, Regal Cinemas and Sears. A JCPenney store was added later. Currently, Hamilton Place comprises more than 150 stores and restaurants. Current anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, as well as two locations each for Belk and Dillard's. Regal Cinemas closed in late 2007 and will be replaced with a Barnes and Noble that will open in fall 2008. Hamilton Place Mall has also announced a $100 million expansion which will include two parking garages, a lifestyle center, and other renovations inside and outside the existing mall. To pay for the expansion, CBL proposes an additional half-percent to 1 percent fee added to any purchase made at the mall or at five other CBL centers within a one-mile radius of Hamilton Place, company officials said. The other locations are Gunbarrel Pointe, Hamilton Corner, Hamilton Crossing, The Shoppes at Hamilton Place and The Terrace. Source

Newburgh Mall is a 388,000 square foot community shopping center located in the Heart of the Hudson Valley.
