Outlet centers are comprised of stores that are owned and operated by the manufacturer. Shoppers save money through purchasing goods directly from the manufacturer. The same goods would cost the consumer more at a department store, as the department store would need to “mark up” the price of the goods to earn a profit over its cost of purchasing the goods from the manufacturer. The middle step (and therefore the markup) is omitted when shopping outlets.

Grand Teton Mall recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation which included revitalizing the center’s interior and adding all new family friendly amenities. A new color palate, tile flooring and additional lighting have brightened the centers feel and made this regional shopping center an outstanding centerpiece of the community.
The renovation project was completed with the addition of a 26,500 Barnes & Noble Bookseller featuring a Starbucks Café, Wi-Fi services, Barnes & Noble Jr. children’s area with over 15,000 titles and the ability to listen to over 200,000 music titles with their RedDotNet technology.

Rimrock Mall, located in Billings, Montana, is Montana’s largest shopping destination with over 100 specialty shops and five anchor stores: Dillard’s Women’s & Children’s, Dillards Men’s & Home, JCPenney, Herberger’s and Scheel’s All Sports.
