Martha’s Country Bakery offers 15 different varieties of classic cakes including red velvet and cheesecake, bundt cakes, strudles, bread puddings and caramel crumb cakes.

The owner and head baker of Bruno Bakery, Biagio Settepani is a medal-bedecked pastry chef, and his two stores in the New York City area have gained recognition for their wide variety of superb cakes, cookies, and rustic Italian breads.

Levain began as a small artisan bakery located in the heart of Manhattan's Upper West Side. First opened on December 16, 1995. Levain Bakery was founded by Connie McDonald and Pamela Weekes. Because the bakery is a small neighborhood place, where everything is made on the premises, visitors are able to watch the entire production of all the breads and cookies.

Bread, hearty and wholesome, with a firm slice and a good crust. Alain Coumont learned about bread as a small child, standing on a chair every Sunday watching his grandmother bake bread. As a young chef in Brussels, Alain could not find the right bread for his restaurant.
Passionate about quality, he returned to his roots and opened a small bakery where he could knead flour, salt and water into the rustic loaves of his childhood.
