Kosofresh is a Build-Your-Own-Bibimbap bar with two locations in Midtown East. BiBimBap literally means "mixed meal" or "mixed rice". This dish is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sauteed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. Not only is BiBimBap a delicious and healthy meal but the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) component adds to its appeal.

The single inspiration that lead to the establishment of Hatsuhana was nothing more than the desire to introduce unsurpassed sushi and sashimi to New Yorkers. We've always felt that every restaurant should have something special that they want to share. Since the first day we opened our doors in 1976, we have been a sushi specialty restaurant. Founded in 1944 by Pasquale "Patsy" Scognamillo, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has been in its current and only theater district location (in the building just next to the original site) since 1954. In over 55 years of existence, Patsy's Italian Restaurant has had only three chefs--the late Patsy himself, his son Joe Scognamillo, who has been at the establishment since the tender age of seven, and Joe's son Sal Scognamillo, who has been manning the kitchen for the past 15 years.

Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar. Originally established in 1992, Gabriela’s was the brainchild of famed restaurateur Gabriela Hernandez. After tasting Gabriela’s cooking Gavriela knew that he wanted to have a restaurant that featured these kinds of authentic flavors and dishes in a time when tex-mex was king. Heartland Brewer and Beer Hall is the fourth beer hall to opened under the Heartland Brewery.
